These Terms govern your use of TimeMark Pro and explain the conditions that apply when you use our camera, timestamp, location, and photo documentation features.

By downloading, accessing, or using TimeMark Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application.
01. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and King Pro Apps ("we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of TimeMark Pro ("the App"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
02. Use of the App
TimeMark Pro is designed to help users capture and document photos and videos with information such as date, time, location, and other optional camera or watermark details. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App, including any photos, videos, location information, or documents you create with it, complies with applicable laws, regulations, workplace policies, and the rights of other people.
03. Your Content
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, text, location information, and other content that you create or import using TimeMark Pro. The App does not transfer ownership of your content to King Pro Apps.
You are solely responsible for your content and for obtaining any permissions or authorizations required to photograph people, property, locations, documents, or other materials. You should not use the App to create or distribute content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
04. Camera & Location Features
Certain features require access to device capabilities such as the camera, microphone, photo library, and location services. These permissions are controlled by your device operating system. If you deny a required permission, some App features may not be available or may not function as intended.
Location and timestamp information can depend on device settings, GPS availability, network conditions, system services, and other technical factors. TimeMark Pro does not guarantee that any displayed date, time, address, coordinates, elevation, or other metadata will always be perfectly accurate.
05. Purchases & Subscriptions
TimeMark Pro may offer optional paid features, subscriptions, or other in-app purchases. Any purchase is processed through the applicable app store and is subject to the store's payment, cancellation, renewal, and refund policies.
If a subscription automatically renews, it will continue according to the subscription terms shown at the time of purchase unless you cancel it through your app store account before the renewal period. Prices, available plans, and features may change from time to time.
06. Advertising & Third-Party Services
The App may display advertisements or use third-party services, including advertising, analytics, crash reporting, payment, or platform services. These third parties may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, security, or content of third-party services, advertisements, websites, or offers. Your interactions with third-party services are subject to the terms applicable to those services.
07. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer or circumvent technical protections where prohibited by law, use the App for unlawful purposes, or use the App in a manner that violates the rights of others.
08. Disclaimer
TimeMark Pro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or operating system.
TimeMark Pro is a documentation tool and should not be treated as a guarantee of the authenticity, legal validity, or evidentiary value of any photo, timestamp, location, or other information generated by the App. You are responsible for determining whether the App is appropriate for your intended use.
09. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, King Pro Apps and its developers, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, business opportunities, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Changes to the App and Terms
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of TimeMark Pro at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the changes.
11. Termination
You may stop using TimeMark Pro at any time by deleting the App from your device. We may restrict or discontinue access to the App where reasonably necessary, including to address security, legal, technical, or operational requirements.
